Do I need an existing business?
No. Many people start with a skill or a customer problem they understand. If you already run a business, we can look at improving it instead.
What could Phoenix help me assess or build?
Depending on what you need: choosing a direction, shaping an offer, planning a first milestone, and building the marketing, website and follow-up systems around it. The scope is agreed with you before any paid work.
What work remains mine?
The business decisions, your skills and their development, serving your customers and the consistent day-to-day execution. Phoenix can support and build systems; it does not run the business for you.
What happens after I submit?
You get a reference number on screen and can then choose an available Strategy Call time. We review requests and respond where there is a suitable fit, and we will tell you plainly if Phoenix is not the right fit.
